Legal Courts Have No Lawful Standing

The “Cestui Que Vie” (CQV) trust was created in 1666, declaring all people “dead” or “lost at sea,” thereby putting them and their property into a trust managed by the state. The article states that a person’s name in all capital letters, as found on a birth certificate, driver’s license, and passport, refers to a legal fiction or “strawman” that is owned by the government. Courts operate under this trust law, and when a person goes to court, they are considered to be this “dead” legal entity. The article outlines a strategy to challenge this system in court by acting as the beneficiary of the trust and forcing the judge and prosecutor to acknowledge their roles as temporary trustee and executor, respectively. By doing so, one can expose the “fraud” of the system and cause the case to be dismissed. The document also traces the history of trusts to papal bulls, claiming that three separate CQV trusts are created for each person upon birth and baptism, corresponding to claims on their real property, body, and soul.
