Facts of the Dispute |
1.1 The co -claimants have had their free will removed by a system that gives itself authority, by an instrument known as the Mental Health Act ,in all states and territories of Australia. 1.2 Patrick Nolan voluntarily attended Joondalup Hospital and was then involuntarily admitted to the Mental Health Unit, kept for about 17 days and forcibly injected at least three times. Patrick is traumatised from his experience and thinks there were at least two more injections. 1.3 Asha Dickson voluntarily attended Royal Perth Hospital after seeking police assistance. From there she was involuntarily admitted to Bentley Mental Health Hospital and kept against her will for 2 months and forcibly injected with psychotropic drugs. 1.4 Darrell Foote has been under constant attack since March 2022 being threatened by police, having threats made against his mother and twice being kidnapped if he refuses to allow injection. When his community Treatment order expired in July 2024 he was kidnapped from his Dr’s surgery in August and taken to a hospital 2hrs away and detained for approximately 2months. 1.5 Lee Nangala Lacey has her brother and sister make claims against her to a mental health crisis care team and is then involuntarily committed to mental health hospitals and is forced to take pills while in the wards, and is then forced injected monthly, after discharge. The police hunt her down if she doesn’t show up for injections. She repeatedly denies consent. 1.6 The side affects of the drugs used, which can can only be described as poison, are many and varied and include death. Drugs prescribed to counteract the initial side effects are equally as bad or worse. 1.7 These victims have been incarcerated and medicated without consent and none of them have been informed of the side effects of the drugs administered. 1.8 Psychiatrists themselves freely admit to not knowing what causes mental illness , that there is no test to determine a mental illness, and never having cured a patient. It is an industry of massive profit for the prescribing psychiatrists and the big business that manufacture these psychiatric drugs. 1.9 It causes great harm and injury upon those trapped with in the system. Psychiatrists ignore the reports of toxic effects and prescribe more chemical medications, using their respective mental health acts, calling it ‘treatment’ 1.10. Victims can be held down on a bed by several security officers, have their pants pulled down and be injected in the buttock, without consent, and in terror and distress. 1.11. Victims report feeling improvement in overall health after they have been free of the medication for a period of time. Then they are hunted down again, often with armed police involved, and forced medicated once more. 1.12 It doesn’t take much for a psychiatrist to insinuate themselves onto the life of another. A complaint from someone, friend or family member, or visit to the hospital for another matter. Your own GP may go behind your back and ambush you. 1.13 It is a horror industry. 2.
